A moral grey area

A moment of silence, please.

Big ups to Dave V. for organizing, designing, and running the holiday themed X-Wing game today in aid of Winnipeg Harvest at Imagine Games and Hobbies.

A short game, but a cracking scenario, a bit of tension in the opposed dice rolls, and lots of laughs. I happened to fire the shot that took Darth Krampus out of the game and stopped him from delivering presents to all the “good” little boys and girls on the (3rd) Death Star.

Initial Deployment: Darth Krampus heading toward the Death Star, the TIE fighters coming in as escort, and the Rebels to disrupt delivery.

True to character, Jek Porkins is taken out. He did manage to draw fire and let Red Squadron get the job done (again, true to character).

The TIE parking lot didn’t give Darth Krampus a lot of room to maneuver. He couldn’t really get away from that Red Squadron fellow on his tail.

And… it’s all over. Too much damage to DK’s ship to make it to the dock and deliver those gifts.

I may be on the naughty list now.
